If they can’t get the mortgage paid how do the banks think they are going to collect for vandalism?

What?????? If you are dumb enough to loan money up to your eyeballs (out of Greed or to keep up with the Jones), or pay above real value, then you are the lowlife. It aint rocket science for the rest of us. If you want to borrow to the maximum of your means, then take your medicine like a man I say and learn from it. It is amazing how many people in that position have been there before?

That police statement is another lie. There is no law subjecting the police to post a warrent and come after you. Notice how major articles, media, and corporations disable or leave out comment sections. They want you to believe in thier lies.

Idiot newspeople! They need to trash the properties, it creates jobs and empty houses for longer so it actually helps the poor. It’s the least they can do. While you stand there in your suit being young and dumb, think about the people and what’s the best for the future. In the future I see houses for the taking. They were built all wrong. We can’t have too much independance in the US plus too many hard to fix houses and cars. They can make them easy enough to work on for anyone to do it all.

They, the bank, can legally TRY to recoup their loss from the vandals but when did this vandalism occur? Who did the vandalism? Title vests with the mortgage company but the homeowner has established residence and not until who ever purchases the Sheriff’s Deed pays all judgments, encumbraces and liens can Title transfer to the Sheriff’s deed owner.

I put years of work on improving my house , in Lee County – in S.W.Florida . I would never think of pissing on the floors , or trashing the windows I installed ; or the drywall I installed , even though my Foreclosure Day is-a-coming ! I honestly have no idea what i’m gonna do , but I sure as hell know what I am not gonna do ! Morals & Karma come into play every day !

I lost a home several years ago and I left the property spotless because thats just the type of person I’am however all of the new kitchen appliances I had installed were sold before I left.

I don’t know if I agree with that bluecolor…I know when people have nothing to lose, they will lose it…and if you think by forcing people to be homeless you won’t end up on the wrong end of a muzzle flash..think again.

Let me say this. The power to stop layoffs is in the companies. All they have to do is eat some loss for 1 year or 2. Not lose money just lose money increase from prior year. If each company does this the problem vanishes overnight.

But no…. “We want more each year else off with there heads!” The greedy consuming all the resource and unwilling to save the country are the terrorist. For it is them who choose to ruin the economy by not caring not sharing.

The only real lowlifes are the predatory lenders, the banks, and the realtors who keep the prices high by claiming “comps” values of nearby houses, which are based on values of OTHER nearby houses. A good way to fake home values.

  • bluecoloradocat says:

Lowlifes who would even do stuff like this when their house is repossessed should never ever been approved for a mortgage or rental contract.

  • tburke64 says:

I disagree with vandalism, however, after losing everything do to this ungodly meltdown, a homeowner SHOULD take what little improvements they made to the property, of which they will never see the promised return for their labor and investment.
